Fairfield Home Office

Located in Fairfield, Iowa, our 60-acre home office is home to over 600 of our Iowa-based associates. The campus includes:


  • Large pond surrounded by a walking trail, perfect for getting in a few steps during breaks

  • Centralized Great Hall, where associates can grab a snack, play Ping-Pong, and connect with coworkers

In 2023, we redesigned our home office to an open space design including sit/stand workstations, desk-sharing areas for commuters, and additional spaces for collaborative meetings to support in-person and virtual attendees.

Phoenix Office

Located on the 12th and 15th floor overlooking Camelback Mountain, our Phoenix office offers:


  • Beautiful balcony with stunning views of the Valley

  • Lobby common area, complete with foosball tables and a snack shack

  • Indoor putting green for friendly putting competitions

  • Quick access to popular locations across the Valley via the Metro Station. Catch a baseball game at Chase Field (Go Dbacks!), a basketball game at Footprint Center (Go Suns!), or take a quick ride to one of the many top-rated restaurants in downtown Phoenix.

Volunteering

Cambridge associates receive paid volunteer time every year to support the initiatives that mean the most to them. In recent years, our associates in Fairfield have volunteered at Habitat for Humanity, the Lord’s Cupboard, and more. In Phoenix, associates have worked with Make-A-Wish Arizona, Feed My Starving Children, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, and more.

Cambridge Little Achievers Center

Cambridge was the lead sponsor for the Cambridge Little Achievers Center, a childcare facility in Fairfield, Iowa. Many of our over 900 home office associates live and work in Fairfield and the surrounding communities, and those with children need access to quality, affordable child care.

The Cambridge Foundation

The Cambridge Foundation makes contributions to organizations with tax-exempt status, and includes the Matching Gifts and Dollars for Volunteers programs, which provide a donation funding match to qualified requests from Cambridge’s home office associates and financial professionals.

Ignite 'Giving Back' Program

Each year leading into Ignite, our annual national conference, Cambridge partners with a charity located in the event’s host city. With help from our financial professionals, associates, and partners, we raise money at the event and donate all funds to the selected local charity or nonprofit. Together we’ve donated over $850,000 since the program was established in 2009.

Cambridge Sports Complex

With many associates living in or near the Fairfield community, we know the value of having access to a local pool, fitness center, and sports complex. That’s why we worked with the Fairfield community to build the Cambridge Sports Complex.
